Our approach
Outerview Pty Ltd wants people to be able to use this website regardless of ability, technology, or device. We consider accessibility when we design, build, test, and update the site.
Reference standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard. This statement describes our current approach and does not claim formal conformance.
What we do
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and meaningful link text.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Check text and interface colours for readable contrast.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Test layouts at mobile and desktop sizes.
Testing and limitations
We use automated checks and manual review, but no test finds every barrier. Audit reports can contain dense tables and charts; on smaller screens, some tables may require horizontal scrolling to preserve their meaning.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you cannot access part of the site, email hello@outerviewhq.com. Tell us which page you were using, what went wrong, and any browser, device, or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. We will review the issue and provide the information another way where practical.
